These terms apply to cleaning services booked with CleanCrew in Lahore, Pakistan. By booking a service, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, sofa and carpet cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, water tank cleaning, and move-in / move-out cleaning. The work included in each service is confirmed when we give you a quote.

Quotes and pricing

• Starting prices shown on our website are a guide. The final price is confirmed after we see the work, because bigger or heavier jobs cost more.
• A visit charge of Rs 500 applies in addition to the service price.
• We quote the price before the work starts, with no surprise add-ons.

Booking and scheduling

You can book through WhatsApp or by phone. We offer morning, evening and weekend appointments. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please tell us as early as possible so we can reschedule.

Access to the property

You or an authorised person must give our team access to the property at the agreed time. Please tell us about any fragile items, special surfaces or areas that should not be touched before the cleaning starts.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area, tell us within 24 hours and we will send our team back to fix it at no extra charge.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
